Angel Food Ministries, a non-profit, non-denominational organization, began in 1994 as a small outreach ministry serving a rural community in Georgia. The goal was to help neighbors who needed a hand up in a tough economic time. What is ANGEL FOOD Ministries?
A Chance to Save Money!
Angel Food is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the United States. Stationed in Monroe, Georgia, Angel Food now serves over 1.1 million families in over 36 states.


Here's how it works:
Angel Food Ministries bids on foods directly from the manufacturer as all super market chains. All the food is top shelf quality, not damaged or out dated. Some of the food is name brand and some is packaged specifically for Angel Food. Angel Food then distributes the food to certain Pick-up Locations all around the country. On distribution day, each Host Site goes to their Pickup Location, fills their orders, and returns to the Host Site where you come and pickup the food you ordered. Savings come to you because of volunteer labor. By providing our community with the Angel Food opportunity we hope to help you reduce your monthly food expense while maintaining or even increasing the quality of food you provide to your family. There is no low income requirement. Rich or poor, anyone can benefit.


Each box of food costs $30 but on the average contains about $60 worth of quality fresh & frozen food. Each month's menu also offers Specials that can be purchased in addition to the main menu. (See menu on back.) There is no limit to how many boxes or specials you can order. Many folks purchase boxes for others they know who have a need.
Why does our church do this? Because we want God to use us to bless our community. You may donate above the $30 if you wish to help us cover our expenses and help more people in need. Donations are tax deductible.
